Fairview International School in collaboration with Roehampton University UK offers a three-year full-time work based Bachelor of Arts in Education with on-site placements in the network of Fairview International School.
Roehampton University, one of the oldest teacher training colleges in the UK, is recognised as one of the principal providers of teacher education in the country.
Fairview International School KL is the first IB World School in Malaysia offering all the 3 IB Programmes, with currently four campuses and a future global network of 15 schools.
This undergraduate degree develops core skills and knowledge in theory and practice to equip you to teach in international and private schools by offering two unique advantages: a Bachelor of Arts in Education and concurrent experience in the classroom.

Entry requirements
You need SPM/’O’ Level or STPM/’A’ Level or equivalent preferably with a distinction in English and/or Mathematics, and an IELTS score of 6.5.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed to assess proficiency, aptitudes and attitudes towards working with learners in an international educational setting.
Other information
- Offer of places is by invitation only.
Upon successful completion of 2 years programme students can continue to complete their Honours Degree.
Students will be attached with Fairview International School, KL as teacher trainees during the duration and will be given a monthly allowance.
Full and partial scholarship holders will be required to serve Fairview schools for two years upon completion of course
