Admissions

Our application procedure is as follows:

1. Complete our application form
2. Submit form with application fee of RM 1000.00, which is non-refundable
3. Arrange suitable timing for Placement Test
4. Receive offer of placement from Fairview (Admissions Letter)
5. Enroll in Fairview and begin classes

The Placement Test is to ensure that your child is placed in a level that is most suitable to his level of knowledge and study.

Kindly ensure that your application is complete and is accompanied by the following photocopied documents:

1. Student’s Birth Certificate and / or Identity Card and / or Passport
2. Student Visa stamp on passport / Entry Permit
3. Father’s Identity Card or Passport
4. Father’s Entry Visa stamp on passport
5. Mother’s Identity Card or Passport
6. Mother’s Entry Visa stamp on passport
7. Student’s School records for the past 3 years
8. School leaving certificate from previous schools attended
9. 2 recent passport-sized photographs of the student
